Let’s talk about Science

muspeo06Why Science should be less funny than a normal play? Why Nature should be considered boring like a rainy sunday? In my experience with children and people in general I always believed that almost every “mind-equipped human being” could have been able to smile while playing with Science.  And my belief was always rewarded by smiley and interested faces.

When thinking about “Science” we often think about that old, spectacled school professor that yelled to us for years about remote things like Tectonics, cells and photosynthesis. _aci2204He generated to us (and even to me!) the burning necessity to escape from that room!
In my opinion, this was not a problem of us, it was a problem of him.

To be understood, Science and Nature have to be “played” like a guitar for a musician. There’s no fun if you don’t play!

“Let’s talk about Science” cointains school laboratories and outdoor/wildlife activities like:

  • From 6 to 100 legs: let’s talk about Insects ad Arthropods
  • Birdwatching and Biowatching for small groups of mixed ages
  • Build your classroom-sized ecosystem
