20 Years of Conservation Photography: Prints for the Planet Launched This November

This November, the International League of Conservation Photographers (iLCP) is celebrating two decades of using visual storytelling to protect the planet with a special anniversary print sale: Prints for the Planet.

Running from 6–27 November 2025, the limited-edition sale features 113 fine art prints by some of the world’s leading conservation photographers – offering a rare opportunity to own an iconic image while supporting the future of ethical visual storytelling.

For twenty years, iLCP photographers have been on the front lines of conservation, documenting the world’s most urgent environmental stories – from threatened ecosystems and endangered species to the resilience of communities fighting to protect their land and wildlife. This collection brings together more than 100 of those moments, spanning breathtaking landscapes, intimate portraits of wildlife, and evocative glimpses into the natural world.

Founded in 2005 by a group of pioneering photographers who believed their cameras could be tools for change – including Cristina Mittermeier, Joel Sartore, Annie Griffiths, Beverly Joubert, and Art Wolfe – iLCP helped define the field of conservation photography. Two decades later, their vision continues to shape how images drive awareness, policy, and action for the planet.

“The planet is in crisis. Species are vanishing, ecosystems are collapsing, and frontline communities need support,” says iLCP Executive Director Susan Norton. “The role of conservation photography has never been more vital. This collection invites people to join us in celebrating 20 years, while helping to fund the next two decades of ethical visual storytelling.”

The sale also includes work by members of iLCP’s Emerging League, highlighting the next generation of conservation photographers and the collective’s ongoing commitment to mentoring new voices in the field.

Each image in the collection will be available as a limited-edition, museum-quality print, priced between $100 and $590, with all proceeds supporting iLCP’s mission to protect wild places and amplify the stories that matter most.
